Samsung Galaxy S10+ Expected to Have Triple-Lens Rear Camera and Dual-Lens Front Camera

While the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ were only released nearly four months ago, rumors have already surfaced about the Galaxy S10 lineup.
Galaxy S9

Korean website The Bell today reported that Samsung plans to release a trio of new Galaxy S smartphones next year, including the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and a lower-priced version of the Galaxy S10. The latter device is expected to be the first-ever entry-level Galaxy S model, not a Galaxy A or Galaxy J model.

If that sounds familiar, it is because Apple is widely rumored to introduce a trio of new iPhones this September, including a second-generation iPhone X, a larger 6.5-inch version dubbed the iPhone X Plus, and a lower-priced 6.1-inch iPhone, with some but not all features of the iPhone X.

The report adds that the Galaxy S10+ will feature a triple-lens rear camera system and a dual-lens front camera system. The rear system is said to include the same 12-megapixel wide-angle lens and 12-megapixel telephoto lens as the Galaxy S9+, in addition to an all-new 16-megapixel 120º ultra-wide-angle lens.

Again, if that sounds familiar, it is because Apple is rumored to introduce at least one new iPhone with a triple-lens rear camera in 2019.

The standard-sized Galaxy S10 is expected to have a single-lens front camera and a triple-lens rear camera, while the entry-level Galaxy S10 is said to sport a single-lens front camera and a dual-lens rear camera.

Last week, The Bell reported that the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, and possibly 3D facial recognition, similar to Face ID on the iPhone X. These would likely be the only biometric authentication options, as Samsung reportedly plans to exclude iris scanning on the devices.

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ at Mobile World Congress next February and release the smartphones in March.Tags: Samsung, Galaxy S10

Seven Tracks: Steel Banglez

Seven Tracks: Steel Banglez The producer walks Clash through some of his standout releases...

*Steel Banglez* is one of the potent figures in British music right now, a producer talented enough to bring together the varied strands of the UK rap underground.

Working with some of the best MCs in the game he's able to provide a foundation that suits artists from afrobeats, grime, hip-hop and other facets of UK rap, all while developing his own completely distinctive sound.

New single 'Your Lovin' is a summer smash, featuring Steel Banglez going up against Clash cover star MØ and the mighty Yxng Bane.

Here, the producer walks Clash through seven of his standout productions, revealing a few tricks of the trade along the way.

- - -

- - -

These songs stood out for me not only because of the reaction they had but the process of making them for me really gave me space to grow creatively. These records are now heavily part of a generation and are hard hitters when it comes to the forefront of UK rap.

When it came to producing *Mist* records I found that to be the most interesting as we literally slept in the studio for months just writing and creating and because we had patience with it we ended up making some incredible records. I like to get to know the artist beyond the music before we sit down and create as it makes it much more personal and to be honest we end up making much better music.

- - -

- - -

The vibe has to be right and the same for when I’ve produced for *Mostack*, as we know each other beyond the music we’ve had the opportunity to just sit down and plan before even getting into the studio.

I’m not the kind of producer who just sends out beats and waits for verses, I like to create around the artist and for the artist so for the other tracks mentioned above it’s been a pleasure having these artists come to the studio to create great records.

Personally I’ve found a method to my madness in the studio and so I stick to what I know and I focus on making the artist sound the best they can.

- - -

- - -

When it came to making 'Your Lovin', I took on a different method. I made the beat on a tour bus in the States a few years back and I knew for some reason it would be perfect for *Yxng Bane*.

So I sent it over and he got that vibe over to me straight away. Then via the label we got Mo on the record and it's really different to any of my other tracks but it's definitely a standout record for me. It's allowed me to really stretch out my sound to another world. I’m excited for what’s to come with that record.

I was in session with Yxng Bane in 2016 in Disturbing London studios. I played him the beat and he vocalled it straight away. I guess it just worked for him.

- - -

- - -

'Bad'... This was my debut record really. I wanted to create something for everyone who really loves UK rap and to also bring different flavours from different artists into one place.

Only a week after I put the track out I went to a *MoStack* show and he played it live and the crowd knew the words. For me that was a special moment. It was an amazing experience I’m fans of all of them I had a vision to have an afrobeats artist on a track with UK rappers and especially someone who was super fresh and buzzing at that time.

I made the song that fans wanted, and I loved working with them.

- - -

- - -

Working with *Dave* was like a science experiment I knew I needed to give him something that was calm but would bump in the clubs. I had the beat for a while and Dave came into the studio and heard it and it just fit. The atmosphere in the studio was crazy, it just worked straight away. I make the beat in sections and parts and they all have to be able to sync together.

So sometimes I have an idea laid down and then when the artist is in studio they even say what bits they want added but we create it together.

'Your Lovin' is out now.

The Heirloom Chef Knife utilizes laser cut steel and forging to bring consumers a quality knife that will last for generations

GLENVILLE, N.Y. (PRWEB) July 09, 2018

Utilizing the latest technology, while paying homage to old-world craftsmanship, the husband and wife duo behind Heirloom Knives has created a quality knife available to consumers at a fraction of the price of most knives. Today, Heirloom Knives launched on Kickstarter in the hopes of raising $33,000 through the popular crowdfunding platform.

The process of making an Heirloom Knife is extremely labor intensive. What sets Heirloom apart from other cutlery knives is the company’s utilization of a quenching process during which each knife is dipped in liquid nitrogen set below -300 Fahrenheit for over 20 hours. This process ensures the blade will hold its 15-degree cutting edge on the ultrasharp eight-inch blade.

Heirloom Knives use of Japanese 67-layer Damascus steel wrapped around AUS-10 steel ensures that the knife is higher in Carbon and Valadium, meaning the blade will stay sharper for a longer period of time. The knife’s handle is made from Pakkawood, a wood engineered out of various wood and plastic composites. Pakkawood gives Heirloom the perfect weighted feel that fits effortlessly in the hands of users.

“We wanted to make a knife that is truly the most versatile item in consumers’ kitchens,” explained Co-founder and Lead Designer Steve Thorne. “My team and I designed Heirloom Knife to help consumers slice, dice and chop with ease. We want users to make memories in the kitchen with Heirloom and pass on our knife to generations to come.”

The husband and wife duo behind Heirloom Knife have vowed to give customers the high-quality kitchen accessory at a fraction of the price of its competitors by cutting out the middleman and offering factory-direct pricing. Heirloom’s sleek, steel design gives the knife an elegant and sophisticated look while the eight-inch blade allows users to fearlessly cut through nearly anything. Heirloom Knife is now available to pre-order starting at $X at http://pr.go2.fund/heirloom.

Apple today released iOS 11.4.1, the fifteenth update to the iOS 11 operating system that was first introduced in September 2017. iOS 11.4.1 comes more than a month after the release of iOS 11.4, a major update that introduced support for Messages in iCloud and AirPlay 2.

iOS 11.4.1 is available on all eligible devices over-the-air in the Settings app. To access the update, go to Settings --> General --> Software Update. Eligible devices include the iPhone 5s and later, the iPad mini 2 and later, the iPad Air and later, and the 6th-generation iPod touch.
iOS 11.4.1 is a minor update that's been introduced to address bugs that have been discovered since the launch of iOS 11.4, with no new features discovered during the beta testing period. According to Apple's release notes, today's update fixes an issue that prevented some users from viewing the last known location of their AirPods in Find My iPhone and it improves the reliability of syncing mail, contacts, and notes with Exchange accounts.

Today's iOS 11.4.1 update may be one of the last updates that we see to the iOS 11 operating system.

At its Worldwide Developers Conference in June, Apple introduced iOS 12, the next-generation version of iOS. iOS 12 brings improvements like Group FaceTime, Screen Time for monitoring iPhone and iPad usage, Do Not Disturb improvements, Grouped Notifications, new Memoji and Animoji options, and more, with full details available in our iOS 12 roundup.

Airbus introduced a massive new cargo plane that looks like a whale and will play a key role in the company's future

Airbus introduced a massive new cargo plane that looks like a whale and will play a key role in the company's future· *The Airbus Beluga cargo plane tasked with transporting large sections of Airbus aircraft for final assembly.*
· *The current fleet of five Airbus A300-600ST Belugas has been in service for 20 years. *
· *Recently, Airbus introduced a larger, next-generation Beluga called the BelugaXL.*
· *The BelugaXL is based on the Airbus A330-200 freighter and is expected to enter service in 2019.*

--------------------

Airbus and its many subsidiaries have come up with some wonderfully ambitious and interesting aircraft over the years. The double-decker A380 superjumbo is one example that comes to mind.

But the plane that really stands out is the Airbus Beluga. It's arguably one of the weirdest looking aircraft in the world.

The Beluga is a cargo plane designed to transport major sections of Airbus planes to its assembly plants in Toulouse, France and Hamburg, Germany from suppliers around Europe.

And by major sections, I mean pieces as large as the middle and rear fuselage of an Airbus A320 airliner or the wing of an A350 widebody.

In all fairness, Airbus also uses a fleet of barges and trucks to move components around Europe.

Recently, Airbus unveiled a new generation of its bulbous cargo planes called the BelugaXL.

It will take over for the current generation A300-600ST Beluga that has been in service for two decades.

The Beluga derives its name from the large aquatic mammal to which it bears a striking resemblance. In fact, the new BelugaXL is even painted to look like the animal.

According to Airbus, it decided to build the BelugaXL in November 2014 as a response to the greater transport and capacity requirements the company expects in the years beyond 2019.

Since it's based on the Airbus A330-200F freighter, the BelugaXL is larger, with greater cargo capacity, and is expected to deliver superior performance than its predecessor.

Here's a closer look at the Airbus Beluga and BelugaXL.

Appen, K12, and UnitedHealth Group among companies recruiting the most part-time, remote workers during the first half of 2018

BOULDER, Colo. (PRWEB) July 09, 2018

Seventy-seven percent of workers in a recent survey said they'd be more likely to accept a job offer if they knew they could telecommute at least some of the time. To help job seekers interested in finding part-time jobs where they can also work from home, today FlexJobs released a list of the Top 25 Companies to Watch for Part-Time Remote Jobs. This list is based on an analysis of over 50,000 companies and looks specifically at their part-time job posting histories that offered either full or partial telecommute options in FlexJobs’ database during the first six months of 2018 (January 1 through June 30). A “part-time job” refers to jobs that require less than 40 hours of work per week.

Part-time work can be an attractive option for many different reasons. It can allow workers to continue in and/or advance their careers without having to commit to a full-time schedule, become exposed to new industries or career paths, grow their professional networks, supplement income during summer or holiday breaks, help transition to retirement, and/or pursue passions outside of their chosen professions.

“Working part-time can be a great solution for many people, such as working parents, caregivers, semi-retirees, career changers, and others who for whatever reason don’t find a full-time schedule appealing,” said Sara Sutton Fell, founder and CEO of FlexJobs. “In fact, one of FlexJobs’ surveys found that more people reported being interested in a part-time schedule (46%) than being interested in freelance work (39%). The good news is that we have seen significant growth in the depth and variety of opportunities for professional remote, part-time jobs over the past few years. We hope this list of companies serves as a great resource for workers who are interested not only in a reduced schedule, but also prefer working outside of a traditional office setting,” Sutton Fell concluded.

Education, healthcare, and human resources are among the top industries represented on this list. The jobs these companies are hiring for range in experience from entry-level through senior-level management and have varied educational requirements.

The top 10 companies hiring for part-time, remote jobs during the first half of 2018 are:

1. Appen
2. Class100
3. Supporting Strategies
4. Grand Canyon University - GCU
5. VocoVision
6. K12
7. Robert Half International
8. Landi English
9. GreatAuPair
10. FlexProfessionals

Examples of active job listings for part-time jobs that can be done from home are included below. The pay rates are specified by the company in the specific job listing.· Bookkeeper: $25/hr
· Copy Editor: $18.50
